Meant for those (sometimes) lonely souls who need a dining companion, each video features me feasting upon a little something something. A recipe will follow — if not as a discrete blog post, then at least in the youtube description.

Recipe for Simple Salad
serves one [of course]
60 grams yellow bell pepper
50 grams of thinly sliced carrot
half an avocado
100 grams of red leaf lettuce
a sprinkling of salt, sage, cardamom and pepper
and a quick pour of balsamic vinegar
